First of all the product you receive is nothing like the picture. The second issue is that the chops are inconsistent. One package was .44lbs while another was .80lbs. Makes them difficult to cook four packs together. Lastly the meat is tough to be labeled as Wagyu. First time I felt I cooked them too long and made them tough and chewy so the second time I reduced my cook time AND used a thermometer and they still were tough. Sorry but not worth the price and effort. I can get as good or better chops from Whole Foods or my local grocery store for a third of the price of these supposed Wagyu pork chops. Very disappointed.
