Absolutely no fat in the pan after frying 2 handmade patties for breakfast! So lean👏🏻. Use the rest of the pound with the Angus ground beef to make gluten-free meatloaf. Flavor was mellow so everyone could eat it as is or put ketchup on it or dab a combination of ketchup, mustard, & monk fruit to give it an Hawaiian taste. Delightful & versatile for everyone’s preferences.
